The invention relates to crankshaft joints (KB) of an internal combustion engine and a drive shaft (PT) of auxiliary devices. The aim of the invention is to provide the possibility of limiting the radial deformations of the elastic ring (CC) of the coupling of the coupling unit with the same dimensions of the sound insulating element. Connecting KB 1 and 3 PV 3 contains the CC 8, alternately connected with KB 1 and 3 PV through bolts 10 and 11. At the ends of the CC 8 there are two ring-shaped plates 12 and 13. At least the plate 13 is made with a cylindrical protrusion 14 The plate 12 is bolted 11 with PV 3 and the plate 13 with bolts 10 with KB 1. The invention relates to the joints of the crankshaft of the sound-insulated casing of the internal combustion engine and the drive shaft of auxiliary devices, mainly the lighting generator, water pump, fan located outside the casing. The aim of the invention is to provide the possibility of limiting the radial deformations of the elastic ring of the coupling of the coupling unit with a constant thickness of the sound insulating element. Figure 1 shows the connecting node, a general view, an axial section; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1. The connecting assembly contains coaxially mounted crankshaft 1 of an internal combustion engine, closed by a sound insulating casing 2, and a driving shaft 3 of auxiliary devices, mainly a lighting generator, a water pump, a fan, interconnected by means of an elastic damping coupling 4. Auxiliary devices are located outside the casing and attached to an intermediate ring member 5 installed perpendicular to the axis of the joint. The drive shaft 3 is mounted in a holder 6, rigidly connected to an intermediate ring element 5, on which an internal combustion engine is supported through a ring sound insulating element 7. The clutch 4 comprises an elastic ring 8 with holes evenly spaced around the circumference, in which bolts 10 and 11 with mutually parallel axes are placed in spacer sleeves 9, alternately connected with the crankshaft and drive shafts 1 and 3. At the ends of the elastic ring 8 of the coupling 4 there are two ring-shaped plates 12 and 13 with holes for bolts 10 and 11. At least Pere one of the plates is made with a cylindrical protrusion 14 along its inner diameter pressed into the elastic ring 8. The plate 12 is mounted with side of the crankshaft 1. is connected with the corresponding bolts 11 to the drive shaft 3, and the plate 13, located on the side of the drive shaft 3, is connected with the corresponding bolts 10 to the crankshaft 1, the cylindrical protrusion 14 of one of the plates (plate 13) is placed in an elastic ring chain 8 with radial clearances 15 at the locations of the bolts 11 connected to another plate (plate 12). The plate 13 has cylindrical holes 16. The torque is transmitted from the crankshaft 1 through the bolts 10 to the elastic ring 8 and then through the bolts 11 to the drive shaft 3. By means of the above implementation of the coupling of the coupling assembly, it is possible to limit the radial deformations (displacements) of the elastic ring 8 without limiting the thickness of the sound insulating ring element.

Claims (2) [1] 1. A connecting unit comprising a coaxially mounted crankshaft of an internal combustion engine enclosed by a sound insulating casing and a drive shaft of auxiliary devices, mainly a lighting generator, a water pump, a fan, located outside the casing and mounted on an intermediate ring element installed perpendicular to the axis of the joint interconnected by means of an elastic-damping coupling containing an elastic ring with holes evenly spaced around it, in to bolts are placed in spacer sleeves alternately connected to the crankshaft and drive shafts, wherein the drive shaft is mounted in a housing rigidly connected to an intermediate ring member in contact with the internal combustion engine through the sound insulation ring, characterized in that the ability to limit the radial deformations of the elastic ring of the coupling. the coupling is provided with two ring-shaped plates with openings for bolts placed at the ends of the elastic ring, at least one of which is made with a cylindrical protrusion of its inner diameter, pressed into the elastic ring, while the plate mounted on the crankshaft side is connected with corresponding bolts the drive shaft, and the plate, located on the drive shaft side, is connected to the crankshaft with the corresponding bolts.
